Transforming barriers into refractions of joy.

We believe disability is not a limitation of creativity but a different way of seeing the world. Our centre offers tailor-made programs where sensory play meets thoughtful artistic guidance.

Voices of our family

What parents and caregivers share.

A corner where safety and creativity meet. My son finally feels seen for who he is.
— Maria, parent
The team listens before they teach. That changes everything for our daughter.
— Nikos, parent
We arrive tense and leave lighter. The space holds us all.

Frequently asked

Answers for parents and caregivers.

The most common questions about our KDAP MEA programme, therapies and how to take part.

  • Who is the KDAP MEA centre for?

Polichromi Gonia's KDAP MEA welcomes children, adolescents and adults with disabilities, following the eligibility criteria of each EETAA call and the centre's availability.

  • Is participation covered through a voucher?

Yes. Participation can be covered through EETAA's placement value — known as a voucher — under the terms of each call.

Families are welcome to contact our team for guidance on the process and the basic documents required.

  • Can a child attend therapies only, without joining KDAP MEA?

Yes. Polichromi Gonia Therapy operates as a separate Centre for Specialised Therapies, and children can join individual or group programmes independently of their KDAP MEA participation.

  • Which therapies are offered?

Polichromi Gonia Therapy provides speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychological and child-psychological support, as well as counselling and parent groups.

  • How is the right programme chosen for each child?

The collaboration begins with a first contact and meeting with the family.

Depending on the request, an assessment is carried out by the appropriate specialist and a programme is shaped around the real needs and goals of the child.

  • What are the daily study groups?

Small groups for children who need guidance in organising and completing their schoolwork.

The goal is not only lesson preparation, but the gradual development of organisation, focus, time-management and independent-study skills.
